Happy Fathers Day

Happy Father's Day ! 

I hope you have had a fantastic day and celebrated your special "Father " in style.

My Dad is in the UK so I actually made and sent my Father's Day card back in June, unfortunately I didn't take a photo so I decided I would make a new one and What's App him a copy so he knows how much I appreciate him! He was a little surprised to receive a second Father's Day greeting but as I told him he is worth Celebrating Every Day! 

I decided to colour a block again to create a base but this time I added a drop of water and used my finger to mix the colour with the water. This led to uneven colour distribution to add an interesting texture.

I used Pool Party card stock as a backing layer stock to match the colour of the pen. The "happy" is cut out in silver glitter card using the Well Written dies. The "Fathers Day" sentiment ( Well Said Stamp set) I cut out and layered using the tree trunk from Dino Days. I added  rhinestones to finish.
